HISTORIC PARK
The 3,5 hectare park is an integral part of the Museum. It has
a lot of nature and scenic qualities. Beautiful setting, rich
plant life, old and new trees make this place very attractive
for tourists (about 30 thousand visitors per year). Due to these
qualities a nature path was created in 2004 which runs through
the entire area of the park. Visitors may also see here clearly
marked spots commemorating important events and anniversaries
in the life and work of Konopnicka: “Bust of Maria Konopnicka”,
“Suwałki Rock”, “Medallion” and “Hillock”.
